Old pocket watches found in a dresser drawer
This is an old notebook I found in the same bureau. It says "Nils Julius Söderström is the rightful owner of this book, 1894" He was my Great Great Grandfather, my Mom's Mom's Dad's Dad!

1. Behavior in the home.
Help your parents! Be nice to your brothers and sisters! Make your parents happy!
2. Behavior in the school.
Show respect and obedience to your teachers! Observe the school rules! Carry out all your school work meticulously! Do not destroy or write on the schools belongings! Confess your offense, and never let someone else be punished in your place! Be polite and friendly with your school mates! Do not show malice during play! Do not laugh at your school mates and do not give them nicknames!"
