In the Dogon Country

Dad, ready for Dogon adventures

Millet fields

Some kidses welcome us to Niongono

But first we have to climb!

Photoshop seems to be unable to decide which color this village actually was, and now I'm not too sure either...

a panorama of Niongono

Niongono's court house/senior citizen's chillin in the shade spot

We left Niongono and went to Sangha (I think that was the name...)
On the way...

We saw a kid playing with Mali's hottest toy

Then we got to Sangha...

And saw some paintings at the special cliff side circumcision spot when black women are not allowed to go because they will go CRAZY!

Next, the road to Timbuktu. See previous post
for previous panorama or check back soon for more!
